Someone please stop the Monopoly of TM!!!

On the 3rd of December 2009, I went to TM Point Pandan Indah to transfer the fixed line and the Streamyx(Should call it Screamyx) of my old house to the new house that I'm currently residing in Bandar Damai Perdana.
Guess what?
It's still not done yet till now.
Yesterday, I went to TM Point again along with my dad to question them about the delay.
Do you want to know what is the reply of their sales representative?
She replied, sir its none of my business so I do not know anything about it and try to call 100 for more info.
My dad told her that we tried already and the person on the line said that we need to go to the nearest TM point to complain about it.
Then she said that she's just a sales representative and she's not involved in this transaction.
Then we demanded to see the manager of the branch.
Do you know what she told us before getting us the manager?
She said that we are stubborn.
So this is what you call productivity.
When the manager listened to our problem, we were told that our address is not valid that became the root of the problem.
We showed her the electric bill and water bill that contained the address of our new home and questioned her about the validity of the address.
Then she called a few numbers and told us that our area is not covered with TM line.
Then we informed her that our neighbour has TM fixed line and we even showed the picture TM junction box located in the field in front of our house.
After a few calls she made, she found out that TM made their mistake.
Guess what?
Taman Desa Bukit Cahaya, Bandar Damai Perdana is registered as Taman Desa Cahaya, Bandar Damai Perdana.
Do you think that TM should make such mistake?
